What are goods of proper quality? Goods of proper quality include all goods that: have not been used, and their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, original packaging, as well as documents issued with the goods, are preserved.

Who pays for the return shipping? In this case, when returning the goods, we do not compensate for the costs associated with the cost of delivery services for the goods, namely: the courier's visit or the cost of sending by a transport company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of refusal of the goods, the cost of the delivery service is paid by the buyer.
When will the money be refunded? After receiving and inspecting the goods by our warehouse, the funds will be returned to the details from which the payment was made within 3 business days.

Return or exchange of defective goods is made to the specified data in the TTN upon receipt of the shipment.
Who pays for the return/exchange of defective goods? In case of defective goods, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by Us.
